Following on from feature releases ‘Never’ and ‘Gold Grain’ last year, Austin’s Bronze Whale look set to make 2019 their own with their latest single ‘Cruising’, the latest tease of their upcoming album ‘The Shape of Things’ in April.

With a restrained tempo held throughout the duration of the piece, ‘Cruising’ haunts you from the moment it begins with the intriguing nature of the vocals luring you in for more. Combining with the rising nature of the synths bursting through the mix, Bronze Whale manipulate the production beautifully to maintain the eeriness as the chorus arrives whilst intensifying with the piercing percussion tearing through to shake things up.
