Dutch artist Saux changes the game up with a unique, cross genre jumper in ‘Painting’ that lays out serious amounts of flirtation and quirkiness through a multi dimensional colour palate.

Incepting with vibrant keys that create a cohesive blend with the vigorous percussion that shakes up the mix through each individual beat, layering out the back end of the piece comprehensively which allows the lightness in Saux‘s vocal melodies to captivate our senses.

Painting was written at the end of Amsterdam’s longest ever summer. The song talks about adjusting to a new sense of home – the conflict of emotions that it can evoke and the impact it can have on relationships. I moved a couple of blocks into a new house with my girlfriend and the whole environment seemed different, everything was shaken up a little.” – Saux
