Geotic (aka Baths) - 'Gondolier'

Back in April 2017 we were treated to a very awesome new album called ‘Abysma‘ from Geotic, the side project of Will Wiesenfeld of Baths, who then gave us a brand new Baths album called ‘Romaplasm‘ in November – seems 2017 was a creative year old mate Will!

He is back this week with news of a brand new Geotic album called ‘Traversa’ which will be seeing its release in October via Ghostly International, and today we get to hear the very first snippet of that album with the eerily dreamy and idiosyncratic electro sounds of ‘Gondolier’.

“The whole inspiration of this record is borne of that feeling when travel is good and you can let your brain go where it wants to. From the very beginning, music was more transportive for me than anything else. In all forms of media, I’m constantly gravitating towards things that allow me to feel something different from my day-to-day life.” – Will Wiesenfeld
