Kid Fiction - 'She'

This week Australian newcomer, Kid Fiction, unveils the third enthralling single off his debut self-titled ep, and it sure does have us excited to hear the rest of it.

Stringed together with sporadic vocal elements and metronomic percussion, ‘She’ showcases Kid Fiction’s array of finely tuned, lo-fi, electronic vibes, culminating in an uplifting electro-pop jam.

What is interesting about this track, is the sheer volume of different melodies that are present throughout. A track of this melodic complexity is quite rare to hear from somebody on their debut body of work, however, it make sense once you know that Kid Fiction has spent almost the last two decades using his time for musical experimentation. By the sounds of things, it has been two decades well spent!
