It’s time for a bit of a groove with Melbourne producer Roland Tings, as he delivers his latest single ‘One Hundred’, which has him working with rising New Zealand artist HIGH HØØPS for his smooth sexy vocal sounds.

‘One Hundred’ is a very smooth soulful tune of swirling synths and funky grooves, and that beat is so damn infectious you can’t help but move – it actually makes me think of a mix between Joe Goddard and James Curd.

Nice work Roland Tings.

“This song came about following a move from the city to the coast. I spent summer driving around winding cliffs and swimming in the ocean and wanted to create something true to the sounds and smells of the coast, something with a more organic feel that what I’ve worked on before.

When i heard a DJ in Auckland play a song by HIGH HØØPS i immediately knew that he was the right fit for what i had in mind. We got in touch and the track came together effortlessly.” – Roland Tings

‘One Hundred’ is available everywhere now via Cascine, and Aussie fans can catch Roland Tings around the country right now as he hits the streets for a little DJ Tour.
