Wafia – 'Only Love'

This here woman is a certified artiste, and one that I have enjoyed immensely over the past couple of years.

Wafia is one of a kind with her latest track ‘Only Love’ emanating that strong and feminine Ciara kind of feel, similar to ‘Body Party’.

This track is the final one to be released ahead of her ‘VIII EP’ early next month. Seriously can’t wait for that, and I anticipate it to be one of those well played EPs.

Astonishingly, Wafia is in some very good company having written this track with producers HazeBanda (Beyonce, M.I.A., Syd) and Roget Chahayed (D.R.A.M., Kendrick Lamar, Solange Knowles). You can really hear those wavy trap sparkles float in the top line, and match that with Wafia’s R&B flow, well it’s just perfection.

2017 has been a huge year for this young lady, and I’m excited to see what 2018 has in store, but until then you can pick up a copy of ‘Only Love’ via Future Classic.
