US up-and-comer thanksbird! has a pretty great new track to share with us this week called ‘When I’m Not Around’, which features the lush golden vocal sounds of San Jose newcomer Someya, and it’s one of those songs that can make you feel fucking awesome no matter what type of mood you’re in.
thanksbird! says this one is inspired by the likes of Vaperror, Mura Masa and Major Lazer, and with that in mind I would suggest you crank up the volume and just let your body absorb his warm, summery, electro-pop sounds.
