LA producer Shoffy released his debut album earlier this month, and amongst that 12-track collection you will find this cool little tune called ‘Fake Friends’ which has Shoffy teaming up with another one of my favourite LA artists, Sidizen King, for his mad vocal-rap skills, and damn do these guys work well together.
“The song is about getting out of unhealthy friendships. There is a lot of superficiality, especially in LA. So just being aware of that when building new relationships is important I feel like.” – Shoffy
