Crooked Colours have just dropped the second single off their forthcoming debut album ‘Vera’, and I have to say these guys just keep going form strength to strength.

‘I Hope You Get It’ sees the boys working with Melbourne artist Ivan Ooze for his mad rap skills, and they do work so perfectly well against Crooked Colours’ bouncy hip-hip/electro beats and silky-smooth synths.

“It was really just one of those dream results where we reach out to someone we weren’t too familiar with and he knocked it out of the park. It highlighted the raw talent that Ivan has when writing that we sent him the track in the afternoon and that night he sent back pretty much the finished product.” – Crooked Colours

‘I Hope You Get It’ is out now on Sweat It Out, just ahead of the ‘Vera’ album release on June 23rd.
