Red Hot: Red Hot + Rio 2 [Compilation]

Red Hot is a non-profit organization that has produced over 20 albums and donated more than 10 million dollars to causes, organizations and pro-social projects around the globe. Their aim is to raise money and awareness to fight AIDS/HIV and other related health and social issues.

This month, Red Hot are set to release their latest compilation album, titled Red Hot + Rio 2. This album is set around the celebration of the 1960’s Brazilian genre Tropicália.

The compilation offers treats from Brazil’s legendary musicians, pairing them up with internationally known indie artists such as Devendra Banhart, Dirty Projectors, José Gonzalez, Beirut, Of Montreal, Brazilian Girls, St. Vincent, Neon Indian, Javelin, Prefuse 73 and the legendary Beck.
