words by Michael Hutchinson

Apart from NAO’s ‘For All We Know’ being my favourite album of 2016, the rest are pretty much a lolly scramble in terms of order. There’s a myriad of genres within the TOP 10 ALBUMS of 2016 picks, all of which consumed me at some point during the year.

NAO is a new kid on the block and her debut delves into a deep bag of tricks. Her live show is full of energy (having seen her in Glasgow recently) but the variety in her music and soul in her voice means that ‘For All We Know’ won’t soon be forgotten.
