Canadian newbies Seoul have recently announced they have a debut album called I Become A Shade on the way, and shared its first single ‘The Line.’
I tagged this one a few weeks ago and just totally forgot about it. Needless to say I was quite pleased when I came across it again today. It features woozy arrangements of pulsing beats, echoing synths and the daydream-like vocals of Seoul-member Nigel Ward. Fans of Washed Out will be very happy to know Seoul.
I Become A Shade will be available on June 9 through Grand Jury Records.
