Your prayers have been answered Sydney; a new live art and music venue will be opening its doors this Friday night on Oxford Street called, Easy Tiger.
Located downstairs at The Unicorn Hotel in Paddington, Easy Tiger will be a place where art and music go hand in hand, a place that will take you back in time to rediscover the charm and retro delights of the 70s.
Kicking off this Friday night with When Bowie Met Blondie, the launch will showcase live art by renowned Sydney street artist Mike Watt and Illustrator Jo Ley. Watch as they pay homage to the music icons Bowie and Blondie with life size murals.
Delivering the 70s disco delights to your ears will be local duo Midnight Pool Party, serving up a potent cocktail of funky guitar licks, infectious keys and chest-bursting choruses, forming a nostalgic celebration of disco and its pioneers.
