Baltimore’s own freak-folk quartet Animal Collective will unleash ninth studio record Centipede Hz next week.

If you were a fan of 2009′s Merriweather Post Pavilion, you may not be into the angst riddled, showground-esque record that is Centipede Hz. However, if you’re a fan of Animal Collective’s earlier recordings, this album should be right up your alley:
