Dave Sitek, of the undeniably awesome TV on the Radio, is soon set to release an album under the name Maximum Balloon. The album features other guest vocalists such as Tunde Adebimpe, Kyp Malone (both of TVOTR) plus Karen O of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs.
